B2B Sales Representative – Thessaloniki

Job Description

• Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio

• Develop new customers and business partners within the assigned area

• Conduct regular visits to customers and business partners

• Monitor sales performance and achieve agreed sales targets

• Implement the company’s commercial and pricing policy

• Present and promote the company’s products and commercial programs

• Monitor the market, competition, and commercial trends

• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s presence in the market

• Monitor customer balances and ensure compliance with the company’s credit policy

• Provide regular updates to Management on market developments, customers, and sales performance

• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Credit Control departments

• 3 years of previous experience in sales, preferably in the tyre, automotive parts, or automotive industry

• Experience in B2B sales and customer portfolio development

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Commercial awareness and a strong results-oriented approach

• Excellent organizational skills, consistency, and sense of responsibility

• Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems

• Driving license

• Willingness and ability to travel

• Stable working environment
