PRIMARY is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join our technical team and contribute to delivering quality products to existing and future clients.
You will…
- Support delivery of our products to our clients
- Execute manual test cases and analyze results
- Setup testing/demo environments
- Submit detailed test and defect reports to the development team
- Follow up on the defects until their resolution
- Contribute to technical documentation
You must have…
- A Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or another relevant field
- Knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of SQL
You may have (one or more…)
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL & SQL Server
- Command operating system usage (Linux, Windows Server)
- Hands-on experience in Issue & Project tracking tools
- 1-year experience in a similar role
