Front Desk Agent

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests.
• Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Ensure excellent response to guest requests and complaints.
• Follow operational protocols.
• Build up full knowledge of hotel facilities and services.

Position requirements

• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, additional languages will be considered as an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of any PMS is considered essential
• Guest friendly mentality Superior computer skills (Microsoft Office, social media, emails, internet)
• Teamwork spirit Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
