The Sales Representative position is full-time, based in Athens.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Sales Representative you will:

  • Conduct regular store visits to points of sale (POS) to evaluate performance and monitor market activity.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales goals across O+O (Online & Offline) accounts.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to maximize commercial opportunities and actively expand the client portfolio.
  • Cultivate long-term, collaborative relationships with department store managers, boutique owners, and Beauty Advisors (BAs).
  • Handle day-to-day requests from retail partners, ensuring top-tier support and quick problem resolution.
  • Master deep knowledge of ingredients, benefits, and application techniques to engagingly communicate product USPs to partners and consumers.
  • Maintain a consistent, visually appealing in-store product presentation according to premium merchandising guidelines.
  • Secure optimal shelf space and high-impact placement locations within retail stores.
  • Monitor stock closely in collaboration with the supply chain team to proactively prevent out-of-stock situations.


The ideal candidate for the role of the Sales Representative should have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or biomedical studies, pharmacology, chemistry, or equivalent scientific studies
  • At least 2 years of experience managing B2B sales, preferably within the cosmetics and beauty
  • A strong passion for the beauty industry, luxury cosmetics and skincare
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly for store visits and field operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint for sales tracking and presentations
  • Proven track record in building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and retail partners
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
