🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update content for company websites and event microsites via WordPress
- Manage social media accounts for events, magazines, and digital portals
- Create content and copywriting for posts, captions, newsletters, and promotional material
- Design and distribute email marketing campaigns through Moosend
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans and digital campaigns
- Coordinate media sponsorships and external collaborations
- Create media kits, presentations, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with designers and developers by preparing briefs and coordinating deliverables
- Support paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Monitor KPIs, analytics, and campaign performance reports
- Utilize AI tools and prompting techniques to support content creation, research, campaign optimization, and marketing workflow
🎯 Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of WordPress
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Experience with organic social media management
- Knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads will be considered a plus
- Canva skills
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar platforms) and AI prompting skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with YouTube and Spotify platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail
🎓 Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Master’s degree or professional certifications/seminars will be considered a plus
