Live Traffic Control – Transfer Department (ref:LTC_2025)
Summer Season 2025 | Location: Karteros Office, Heraklion
Shift: Night (22.00-06.00), 5 days a week
Cretan Holidays S.A., one of the leading incoming travel agencies in
Greece, is seeking to recruit motivated professionals to join the Transfer
Department in the position of Live Traffic Control for the upcoming
summer season 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real-time
monitoring and coordination of bus and taxi movements
- Immediate
response to any unexpected changes in transfer schedules
- Cost control
and adjustment to minimize traffic-related expenses
- Direct
communication and coordination with the airport operations team
- Guest
assistance via telephone during transfers
- Accurate
updating and maintenance of final traffic records
Candidate Profile:
- Prior
experience in a traffic or transfer department (Incoming Agency or
Airport)
- Ability to
perform effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Excellent
command of English; knowledge of German will be considered an asset
- Familiarity
with the NS Travel system is highly desirable
- Strong
organizational and communication skills
