Demand Planner
Job Description
- Responsible for end-to-end local Demand Planning and forecasting for assigned product portfolio in Greece
- Ensure accurate short- to mid-term forecasts
- Act as key link between Commercial (Sales & Marketing) and Supply Chain
- Collaborate with Regional Supply Planning team to align forecast with production and supply capabilities
- Prepare, execute, and follow up on forecasts for Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Manage demand planning process to improve accuracy and flexibility
- Incorporate events such as launches, re-launches, and product discontinuations into forecasts
- Anticipate market unpredictability and manage issues proactively
- Maintain optimal inventory levels (avoid shortages and excess stock)
- Drive supply chain efficiency and minimize related costs
