As part of our growing hospitality ventures,

Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Present
menus, explain dishes and make recommendations if asked.
- Take
food and drink orders accurately and pass them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and drinks on time and in the correct order.
- Check
on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear
tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Prepare
the restaurant before service (cutlery, glasses, bread, water, etc.).
- Handle bills and payments correctly.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
- Work
as a team with colleagues in the restaurant, kitchen, and bar.
- Report guest feedback or issues to the Supervisor/Manager.
- Support upselling of wines, desserts, and
specials.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and attentive attitude.
Qualifications / Experience
- At
least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality
industry.
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English and Greek language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
- A
proactive, detail-oriented, and professional attitude.
- Team spirit and willingness to support colleagues.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
