ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client one of the most successful investment groups in the Western Balkans is looking for a native Albanian speaker for the position of:

                  Real Estate Development Manager - Greece (5945/REDV/ESS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and development projects.
• Lead and manage real estate development projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, legal, finance, and technical experts.
• Analyze and interpret technical documentation such as architectural plans, contracts, and financial models.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and public authorities.
• Represent the company in negotiations and business meetings across Greece and occasionally at HQ locations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must. Engineering studies will be considered as an asset.
• Proven experience in real estate development and project management.
• Strong understanding of technical, financial, and legal aspects of real estate projects.
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Fluent in Greek, English, and Albanian – both written and spoken is a must.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PC literate, proficient in MS Office.
