Operations Manager

Lake Vouliagmeni is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of Greece's most iconic leisure and wellness destinations. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and high service standards across all departments while leading a diverse team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of all departments, including Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Wellness, Retail, Maintenance, and Events.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and a world-class guest experience.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures and service standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Monitor costs, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Events teams to support business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and implement effective service recovery solutions.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships to ensure service quality and operational continuity.
• Prepare operational reports and present recommendations to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an operations management role within hospitality, tourism, luxury leisure, or resort environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-department operations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are considered an asset).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
