Project Manager (Ref 5349/PM/ESS/GR)
Profile
The Project Manager will join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in leading and executing business transformation, cost optimization, projects for company’s clients in Greece and/or abroad. He/She will report to Operations Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project initiation in collaboration with the Operations Director, planning, execution, and closure phases of each project.
- Communicate and co-operate with the Top Management of our client companies.
- Coach and mentor project team members.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Identify and allocate project resources effectively.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators and report on project status.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct Management Training to the executives of the clients.
- Foster strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
