Join a high-end restaurant team in Saint-Tropez for the summer season and gain international experience in a fast-paced coastal kitchen.
Key responsibilities as Chef de partie:
- Manage and oversee specific section of the kitchen
- Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meets the restaurant's high standards
- Supervise and and support commis chefs and kitchen assistants
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your work station in accordance with hygiene regulations
- Monitor stock and assist with ordering supplies for your section
- Communication with the head chef and sous chef
Starting June until end of September.
