Key Responsibilities
- Managing the company’s social media channels and maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence across all platforms.
- Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and other digital materials.
- Developing monthly content calendars aligned with the company’s marketing, communication, and business objectives.
- Creating and editing visual content and marketing materials for both digital and print use.
- Supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media campaigns.
- Monitoring social media and campaign performance, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Identifying and approaching potential corporate clients, promoting the company’s recruitment and HR services, and supporting the development of new business opportunities.
- Managing initial communication with prospective clients, presenting the company’s services, following up on commercial opportunities, and supporting the overall sales process.
