Role Description
This is a contract Reservations Agent role, located on-site in Mykonos. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Reservations or a related field
- Receptionist Duties and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Additional languages will be considered as an asset
- Availability to work on-site and in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
