Department: Facilities/ Operations
Contract: Full time / Permanent
Your main responsibility
- Monitor and report on the annual maintenance budget progress of the Group.
- Perform market research regarding technical supplies and services contracts of the Group.
- Monitor legislation obligations relating to technical and licensing matters.
- Perform project management on various one off - standalone projects, to ensure their timely and
- cost-effective completion.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Group's environmental strategy, to achieve the
- sustainability goals.
- Coordinate the Maintenance Departments of the Group, based on the agreed technical solutions,
- with the aim of achieving uniformity and benchmarking application.
- Visit premises regularly and perform on site audits regarding the proper implementation of MEP
- related norms.
- Advise Sani Resort's Safety Engineer on potential improvements regarding the staff's health and
- safety at work, to improve working conditions of personnel.
- Monitor technical operations and energy consumption of hotels and updates the relevant
- databases.
- Follow the tour operators’ health and safety requirements procedure and provides suggestions to
- ensure cost effective defects restoration.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Potent in English language (speaking and writing).
- In-depth knowledge of CAD software.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environment.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite 2016 or later.
- Solution-oriented and proactive personality.
- Good communication skills would be considered an asset.
