UNIC Health Quality Assurance Coordinator
The University of Nicosia (UNIC) is a leading research university ranked in the

UNIC Health seeks a full-time, dynamic and
motivated UNIC Health Quality Assurance Coordinator based in Athens
campus at Elliniko to join its team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement systems for
quality monitoring, provide guidance on best practices, and support programme
teams to ensure all academic materials are accurate.
- Coordinate student
and graduate surveys and analyse feedback to track progression and outcomes.
- Work with academic
teams to prepare documentation for accreditation bodies, for example the Cyprus
Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (CYQAA), and the
Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE). This includes managing
reaccreditation processes and collating required documents from partner
institutions.
- Support academic
staff in preparing programme documentation and help establish the operational
and governance structures for new programmes.
- Coordinate QA committee
meeting schedules, contribute to meetings, and manage relevant project tasks.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or
an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Quality
Assurance and/or Higher Education administration.
- A proven track record
of managing data.
- Experience collaborating
effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in Greek and
English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both
languages.
- Strong IT skills,
including databases and spreadsheets.
- Excellent planning,
organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention
to detail.
- Proactive,
self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- The ability to work
professionally and confidentially.
- Calm under pressure.
Desired Requirements:
- A Master's degree in a relevant subject.
- Experience working in
healthcare education or a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with
statistical analysis software.
- A keen interest in
the development of higher and/or medical education.
- Willingness to work flexible
hours when needed.
- The ideal candidate should be eligible to work in the European Union/
European Economic Area.
