DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accuracy in recipes and consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Interact warmly with guests, take orders, and create personalized drink experiences
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, specialties, and current mixology trends
• Recommend beverages and pairings through confident suggestive selling and menu knowledge
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager and service team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Oversee stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and restock bar supplies as needed
• Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety standards and regulations
• Verify legal drinking age and promote responsible alcohol service at all times
• Execute all opening, daily, and closing duties in alignment with operational standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Bar Manager or Food & Beverage leadership

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, fine dining venue, or high-end cocktail bar
• Sufficient knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and drink presentation techniques
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
