DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and
non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accuracy in recipes and consistency in taste,
presentation, and quality
- Interact warmly with guests, take orders, and create
personalized drink experiences
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails,
specialties, and current mixology trends
- Recommend beverages and pairings through confident
suggestive selling and menu knowledge
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager and service team to
ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy,
and discretion
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Oversee stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and
restock bar supplies as needed
- Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety standards
and regulations
- Verify legal drinking age and promote responsible
alcohol service at all times
- Execute all opening, daily, and closing duties in
alignment with operational standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Bar
Manager or Food & Beverage leadership
