Trenkwalder for it's client is seeking a senior Digital Manager – Digital Transformation & Commercial Analytics.
In this existing role you will support the
operations and develop our client's business by supporting the business to become more
efficient and successful in the usage of digital enablers.
As Digital Manager you
will be a real team player, integrated in the business to capture opportunities,
with laser sharp focus on value creation, initiating needed digital actions
and/or supporting in executions of the same.
This role requires hands-on experience with
digital tools and platforms, an understanding of automotive customer behavior,
and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, small business environment.
The role spans mainly over three Digital
areas.
1. Commercial Digital (40%)
Act as liaison officer between
NSC and relevant digital organizations to utilize global solutions when
applicable
Manage the digital portfolio
and integrations as cost efficiently as possible (functionality, cost,
lifecycle.) to create business value
Management of our website/.com and
apps, and consumer data integration
2. Data Analytics / Process Automation (30%)
Drive consumer data and
customer journey analytics, being able to transform data into valuable
operational insights, supporting commercial business decisions (i.e. customer
behavior, sales, lead- and funnel management).
Collaborate with business
functions on how to use technology, data and analytics to provide new business
opportunities, enhancing customer follow-up and sales effectiveness.
Support business functions by
providing digital tools and training (in new platforms, systems and/or features
to NSC and Retailers) that drive efficiencies through digitalization of
business processes (e.g. automation)
Driving continuous improvement
and automation projects aimed at easing the employees’ workload. This involves
focusing on adding value, eliminating waste and duplication, and creatively
utilizing available tools to foster digital change.
Stay updated on digital trends
in the automotive industry and adapt to capitalize on new opportunities.
3. Core Digital (30%)
Management and optimization of
core and legacy systems.
Maintain Hardware and Software
to support NSC operations.
Local IT support to NSC
employees (when global support is insufficient).
