HR Generalist

Job Description

• Management  of the HR Administration
• Responsible for the Annual Performance Management Process 
• Responsible for the Annual Cultural Survey
• Responsible for the execution of the CSR Roadmap for 2025/2026
• Responsible for the Onboarding Experience for newcomers
• Responsible for drafting the Annual HR plan along with the HR Director
• SAP Success Factors Use for HR Core Data Management 
• Responsible for the Annual Compensation Review Process working closely with the HR Director
• Responsible for drafting Presentations for Business Review Meetings and other needs

Candidate Profile

• BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or relevant field
• MSc in HRM considered an advantage
• 2–4 years of professional experience as a HR Generalist or in a relevant role
• Familiarity with HR operations and systems (HR administration, performance, timekeeping)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and oral
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cooperate at all levels
• Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaboration and teamwork
• Proactive and problem-solving skills
