We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist
to join the Sales motion of our flagship product, Iconic Guest.
The ideal
candidate is a motivated and goal-driven individual with a passion for digital
technology and a desire to fully master the company's products and services. As
they will be in constant contact with Digital Academy’s clients, they must be
highly communicative and genuinely willing to help them. In collaboration with
the Marketing department, this role will increase company sales and enhance
customer satisfaction through pre- and post-sale communications.
Responsibilities:
- Turning leads into new clients
- Communicating with and
assessing MQLs
- Identifying new opportunities
- Providing customer service and
resolving issues arising from the daily operation of iconicguest.com to increase
customer satisfaction
- Communicating with suppliers and partners to build
long-term relationships of mutual trust
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Excellent time management and organizational
skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and
problem-solving abilities

The position
requires a minimum of 6+ months of a full onsite collaboration model for
training and proper integration into the company’s processes and production.
Following this period, a hybrid model may be available.
