Job Description:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of the team via work withs, 1:1s, coaching
  • Cascading information to the team regarding promotional events, new products
  • Handling of all needed resources to achieve sales plans in volume and contribution
  • Cooperating with Trade Marketing for the execution of promotional activities
  • Liaising with Logistics for the solution of any invoicing issues
  • Key administration tasks such as reporting, rerouting for effective productivity
  • Team’s training according to PepsiCo Sales Standards
  • Preparation of weekly team meetings
  • Cooperating with HR to recruit, train and develop the team via constructive feedback and career development opportunities
