Abros Group is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Manager to oversee the online presence and digital marketing activities of all our brands.
In this role, you will be responsible for the holistic digital marketing strategy, day-to-day social media content, and coordination of performance marketing campaigns (through external agencies). We are looking for a “jack of all trades” marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and can manage multiple brands and projects at once.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all group brands, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) – posting, community management, and engagement.
- Coordinate content creation needs (briefing photographers, videographers, designers, etc.).
- Liaise and manage external agencies for paid ads & SEO – monitor results, brief campaigns, evaluate reports, propose optimizations.
- Manage WordPress websites – basic content updates, blogs, landing pages.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives.
- Monitor, report, and analyze key performance metrics across all channels.
- Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and hospitality/retail content.
