Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive our growth by attracting, engaging and hiring top talent across our diverse business units.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates submitted resumes, identifying and shortlisting qualified candidates for the next stage of the recruitment process
• Conducts and coordinates semi-structured interviews (phone interviews, online interviews, panel interviews etc.)
• Creates and updates job descriptions, job ads and posts for various functions / roles within the organization
• Prepares and delivers candidate evaluation reports  
• Collaborates closely with Hiring Managers across departments to support workforce planning
• Maintains strong relationships with educational institutions, professional associations and represents the Group at Career events
• Conducts exit interviews and analyzes trends to provide insights to HR leadership
• Develops and maintains HR metrics reports
• Actively promotes a positive work environment and a collaborative organizational culture

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline. MSc or/and professional qualification will be considered a strong asset
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role such as Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter will be considered a plus
