General Purpose of the Role: To assist the Payroll Manager to all payroll processes
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Perform audits, oversee payroll production, and ensure the accuracy of payroll-related data entries
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of new hires, salary adjustments, annual leave, and sick leave within the payroll software
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage the electronic submission of work schedules to the Labor Inspection Service and ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations
- Financial Documentation: Process and deliver essential payroll documents, including payment files and insurance lists, and coordinate with accounting for accurate entries
- Employee Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for all employees regarding payroll matters, and manage the issuance of public sector-related certificates
- System Updates and Enhancements: Keep the payroll system up-to-date with the latest updates and ensure it incorporates the newest features and enhancements
Required Education/ Qualifications/ Other Accreditations:
- University/College degree in Accounting or Economics
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, etc.) especially MS Excel
- Experience in payroll systems
