The Customer Service representative will be responsible for dealing with and properly responding to customers’ inquiries by handling inbound calls, chats, and emails.
Daily Tasks/Duties:- Ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with by the performance and service standards
- Ensure that relevant correspondence ishandled within the set KPI standards
- Ensure that all complaints and inquiries relating to the work are answered by set procedures and guidelines
- Monitor, delegate, and answer all queues from inbound requests i.e. email, chat and phone
- Work effectively in a team environment, to get the job done and reach the best possible results
Profile:- Passionate about Customer service
- Excellent knowledge of English & Italian
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Well organized, self-driven, flexible, and able, to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Prior working experience would be considered an advantage
- Advanced computer literacy is required
