As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an organized, proactive, and motivated Office Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and company documents.
- Maintain customer and supplier records and documentation.
- Support the Sales, Technical, Procurement, and Finance departments.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Organize company files and ensure proper document management.
- Assist with HR administration, recruitment coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with external vendors.
- Support ISO documentation and quality management procedures.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
