The Facilities Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensure daily operations follow the overall strategy
- Define needs for each store/location to support sales and reduce long-term costs
- Develop and manage activity plans (scheduled and ad-hoc) across locations
- Handle budget planning and monitor expenses across the area
- Set and track KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Lead procurement and contracting for services within defined scope
- Oversee delivery by vendors and landlords, ensuring quality and compliance
- Manage vendor performance to avoid disruptions in store operations
- Incorporate sustainability into FM practices (e.g. energy efficiency, waste reduction)
- Monitor area-wide cost performance and forecast future spending
