As we continue to expand our international partnerships, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations & Contracting to lead our Operations and Contracting functions.
The Role
This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, managing strategic supplier partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our international partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Operations and Contracting departments.
- Develop and implement contracting strategies with hotels, transportation companies, cruise operators, excursion providers, restaurants, and other tourism suppliers across Greece.
- Negotiate rates, allocations, and commercial agreements to maximise competitiveness and profitability.
- Monitor all incoming requests from international partners and ensure timely and professional responses by the team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Explore Greece Holidays, ensuring service quality and operational excellence.
- Review and approve proposals and quotations before submission to overseas partners.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain high service standards.
- Identify new products, destinations, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Reservations, Product Development, and Management.
- Optimise workflows, improve efficiency, and support business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
