Groom - NOUS Santorini

The Groom stores and delivers to and from rooms guest luggage, ensuring guests receive a high level of personalized service

Duties and responsibilities:

• To be present at the entrance or in the lobby areas, ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested
• Handles support equipment properly
• Greets all guests in a pleasant courteous and polite manner
• Is aware of all policies and procedures related to Health, Hygiene & Fire Life Safety
• Performing other related tasks based on the hotel's needs

• Previous experience as a Bell Boy /Groom in a Luxury Hotel will be considered as an asset
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language
• Hospitality education will be appreciated
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality
