Elissos Travelling Philosophy is a D.M.C. based in Heraklion Crete, specializing in unique Themed Travel Experiences and Luxury Travel Packages. We are looking for inspired and experienced professionals to join our Team.

Reservations Job Description:

• Process and Confirm B2B and B2C Reservations via email and on web platforms.
• Create and Customize Travel Plan Itineraries. 
• Enter Data on System of Reservations.
• Process and Curate the Reservations in collaboration with Operations.
• Collaborate with team members and suppliers reassuring excellency during execution of reservation.
• Manage last minute changes and updates.
• Manage calls from partners and clients and respond to any queries.
• Follow up with clients upon reservation completion.

Skills & Experience We Look for:

• Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in same/ relative position.
• Fluent English both spoken and written.
• Excellent Computer Literacy on MS Office.
• Excellent use of the Internet.
• Customer Service Experience.
