Adecco on behalf of ENISA, the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity and the center of expertise for cyber security in Europe, is seeking to recruit one Distribution Management System agent for the Corporate Services Unit of ENISA.
Distribution Management System Αgent (Administrative Assistant)
Job description
• Develops the document management plan and update it
• Helps managing documentation through the document life cycle
• Helps maintaining the organizational documents and the document management system
• Ensures that organizational documents go through a documented and approved review-and-approval process before being stored
• Maintains confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidates Profile
• University degree in any field
• One (1) year of professional experience in project management
• Excellent knowledge of English language (C1/C2)
• Postgraduate studies in IT, Cyber Security or related subjects could be considered a plus
