Περιγραφή

The Junior Serialization Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting serialization issues, and delivering excellent customer support.

Daily tasks include monitoring and analyzing serialization data, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining communication with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues promptly.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in ANTARES SOFTWARE & MACHINES.
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage e.g. production and packaging departments
  • Able to work in shifts
