Aether Engineering is a company specializing in the construction, supervision, evaluation, and management of Infrastructure and Renewable Energy projects, including Highways, Infrastructures, Wind Farms, Photovoltaic Parks, and more. With a growing portfolio of projects, the company is expanding its Construction Management team and looking for dedicated and skilled Mechanical and Civil Engineers.

Role description:

We are looking for skilled and proactive Mechanical and Civil Engineers with extensive experience in the construction or construction management of energy PV projects to join our team. This role will be responsible for the construction of a 40 MW Photovoltaic Park, as part of the Owner’s Engineering team, ensuring that all work is completed on time and in accordance with quality standards and regulations. The ideal candidates should have project management skills, excellent technical knowledge, and a proven track record in similar construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction Supervision: Monitor and supervise daily project construction activities, ensuring adherence to permits, designs, and specifications.
• Project Planning & Coordination: Define project milestones and ensure deadlines are met by overseeing and adjusting schedules as needed
• Quality Assurance: Review work quality, conduct site inspections, and ensure that all works are executed according to specifications and Greek regulations
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the manager, including project status updates and progress reviews.
• Team Management: Monitor contractors and third-party services to ensure work is executed according to project schedule and specifications
• Documentation: Prepare project documents and maintain comprehensive records of project activities

Main Qualifications:

• Educational Background: University degree in Engineering (Mechanical and Civil Engineer), with membership in the Technical Chamber of Greece.
• Experience: 3 years of professional experience in the construction of Photovoltaic Parks.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
• Other Requirements: Valid driving license with the ability to travel to project sites.
