Maintenance Manager

Athens

Duties:

• Overseeing hotel infrastructure to ensure functionality and safety
• Managing maintenance outsourced teams (e.g. technicians, professionals, etc. )
• Assisting with organisation and exectuion og repair, installation and renovation projects
• Carry out inspection on public areas on a daily basis in case of problems arising unexpectedly.
• Work together with the front office manager and housekeeper, and connects with the manager to discuss any aspect of operations which will involve the maintenance department.
• Engage in flexible work schedules to be able to perform well during emergencies
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
• Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements.
• Ability to focus attention on details, speed and accuracy.

• A General Education Degree or vocational training certificate in construction and plumbing fields with 2-4 years practical experience in maintenance support.
