Payroll Officer

Our company is seeking an organized and responsible Payroll Officer to join our team and support the smooth operation of payroll management.

The role is based in Group’s HQ Offices, at Spata, Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos”.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly submission and updating of schedules, schedule modifications, and overtime records
• Preparation and verification of employee payroll
• Monitoring of annual leave, sick days, and absences, and maintaining related records
• Maintaining and updating employee files
• Managing personnel matters, including payroll calculation analysis and distribution of signed documents
• Creating personnel documents (Individual Employment Contracts, Ministerial Decrees, Employer Certificates, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience (2 years) in a similar position, preferably in payroll department
• Excellent knowledge of our payroll programs: Scan HRMS, Epsilon, and Ergani
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, mostly Excel
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Team spirit and strong organizational skills
