We are looking for an experienced Contact Center Supervisor to organize and oversee the call center sales team. As a Contact center Supervisor, we expect you to be customer-centric and have experience in supervising others and motivating them to achieve business goals.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:

  • Supervises the telesales team both on site and remotely to ensure the execution of sales targets
  • Monitors the outbound calls from the sales lines across the organization, as well as assists and advises sales team personnel regarding all escalations, requests for assistance and in other situations that may require additional guidance or expertise
  • Answers staff questions, provides guidance and feedback to team members
  • Daily measurement of the teams performance with the appropriate KPIs
  • Ensures adherence to the company's policies and procedures
  • Keeps senior management informed about recurring issues or problems
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion
  • Ensures a friendly and motivating work environment



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience as a call center Supervisor
  • Proficient in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with performance evaluation procedures
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • A customer-oriented and problem-solver mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
