We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team at Aegean Melathron Thalasso Spa hotel, located in Kallithea/Halkidiki. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel’s reservations process,
maximizing occupancy and revenue, ensuring a seamless booking experience for
our guests, and monitoring debtor balances/accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Supervise, train, and motivate the team
- Collaborate with Sales, eCommerce & Revenue teams to optimize occupancy, rates & revenues
- Handle VIP, group, travel agency & tour operator and special request bookings
- Prepare and analyze occupancy forecasts and reservation reports
- Follow up on guest and agency advanced payments, ensuring timely deposits and accurate debtor balances
