We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
The main responsibilities shall include the following:
- Managing office supplies stock
and placing orders
- Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
- Administration of company databases
- Filing of documents
- Updating office
policies as needed
The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in
business administration or business management is advantageous.
- Proven
experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft
Office applications.
