Central Restaurant Reservations (CRR) Agent

Main responsibilities

• Arrange telephone restaurant reservations and strictly follow all telephone usage guidelines as described in the departmental operational manual.
• Have excellent knowledge of the CRR software and the Dinner Reservations section of the Mobile Application.
• Handle guests’ requests with flexibility and provide customized customer care.
• Provide daily reports with all the guests whose expectations have not been met.

What will you bring?

• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel, etc.).
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in a second language (German, French, Russian) would be a plus.
• Strong communicative, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
