Orange Advertising is seeking a full-time, on-site Client Service Supervisor at our Athens office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our portfolio of clients, which includes both offline and online advertising accounts.
- Role description:
- Project Management: Coordinate projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Team Coordination: Ensure effective collaboration between creative and strategic teams for the timely delivery of work.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project development and execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar position within an advertising agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana).
- Languages: Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
