Required Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role in the Purchasing Department,
- Academic degree
- Experience in procurement, logistics and supply-chain operations.
- Fluency in English
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Key responsibilities:
- Processing vessel requisitions and RFQs.
- Liaising with suppliers, vessels, and superintendents.
- Preparing purchase orders and monitoring deliveries.
- Following up on invoices and maintaining purchasing records.
