Περιγραφή

LMW is seeking a result - oriented Repair Maintenance & Tyre Administrator on behalf of a leading leasing company.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule tyre repair and maintenance activities
  • Maintain accurate records and enter data of all repair and maintenance work
  • Monitor tyre inventory levels and order replacements as needed
  • Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Handle drivers’ requests for car maintenance, tyres or replacement
  • Closely monitor costs related to repair, maintenance and tyres replacement to achieve maximum savings
  • Secure agreed prices with the vendor to ensure the client is aware of the repair total
  • Negotiate warranty recovery in cases a vehicle is out of the normal factory warranty date or miles
  • Handle and resolve drivers’ complaints

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of leasing processes and regulations will be considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
