Assistant Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

• Proven working experience for minimum 3 years as a Head Waiter/Captain or in a similar role in high-end restaurants/5 star hotels.
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent leadership
• Fluency in English language
• Strong communication, motivational and people skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
