We are actively recruiting a motivated Bar Manager for our partner hotel, a luxurious mountain resort in Austria, with starting date in November or December 2023:

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Hospitality or Bartending/Mixologist Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position, in a luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant
  • Good knowledge of the German and very good knowledge of the English language
  • Very good knowledge of the food, beverage, and hospitality industries
  • Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles
  • Advertise the daily, weekly and monthly promotions of the bar
  • Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations
  • Accomplished mixologist
  • Able to effectively lead an international team
  • Good knowledge of wines, champagnes, and beers
  • Comfortable with hospitality and sales technology platform
  • Guest oriented
  • EU citizen
