If you are interested in working with us, we are currently looking for a Sales Executive based in Athens.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and accommodate corporate/group reservations requests through various channels.
  • Actively seek new sales leads.
  • Provide offers to guests either in writing or over the telephone.
  • Follow up on offers as per company’s policy.
  • Overview travel agencies’ contracts.
  • Liaise with channel management or tourist agencies affiliates to provide best customer service.
  • Communicate with and provide support to key customers during their stay.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients in order to encourage repeat and recurring business.
  • Utilize current database to increase corporate business.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Addresses and resolves any issues, emergencies or complaints effectively.
  • Creates and executes Reservations Action Plan.
  • Provides regular sales reporting.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:

  • 4 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Based in Athens.
  • Good networking abilities and existing network.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer use and PMS.
  • Good knowledge of Front Office & Reservations operations.  
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Very good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Responsible and self-motivated.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team spirit.
  • Proactivity and creativity.
