you are interested in working with us, we are currently looking for a Sales Executive based in Athens.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and accommodate corporate/group reservations requests through various channels.
- Actively seek new sales leads.
- Provide offers to guests either in writing or over the telephone.
- Follow up on offers as per company’s policy.
- Overview travel agencies’ contracts.
- Liaise with channel management or tourist agencies affiliates to provide best customer service.
- Communicate with and provide support to key customers during their stay.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients in order to encourage repeat and recurring business.
- Utilize current database to increase corporate business.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Addresses and resolves any issues, emergencies or complaints effectively.
- Creates and executes Reservations Action Plan.
- Provides regular sales reporting.
