As a Payroll Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage and process monthly payroll, including reporting (ERGANI, EFKA, ΑΠΔ)
- Liaise with social insurance funds and public authorities (EFKA, SEPE, ERGANI)
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS system
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes
- Ensure compliance with Greek labor and social security legislation
- Support internal HR communications and company policies
The ideal candidate for the Payroll Specialist position should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Pylon or Business Payroll (Epsilon Net)
- Strong knowledge of Greek labor and insurance laws
