Job responsibilities
- Support the service team to ensure smooth, timely, and professional service throughout each shift.
- Assist in preparing tables and service areas to the highest standards.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to guest needs with a friendly, respectful, and guest-centric approach.
- Collaborate closely with waiters, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and back-of-house service areas.
- Stay informed on the daily menu and communicate basic dish and beverage details to guests if required.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or the Restaurant Manager.
