Περιγραφή

Polyprint is a Greek manufacturer of digital garment printers operating in a fast-growing market segment with sales in 50+ countries in 5 continents.

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and result-oriented sales professional with business acumen to join our team and handle B2B business development in foreign countries.

The successful candidate must be organized, positive, possibly multilingual, passionate for sales with enthusiasm and energy to develop sales strategies. The successful candidate should excel in negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. You should have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create new client database within your assigned territory
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Report and provide feedback to management
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Attend meeting, sales events and perform sales trainings to customers

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα


REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English, bilingual and/or additional language is a plus
  • Proven B2B international sales experience and business development
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Thorough understanding of sales, marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Strong customer service attitude, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
  • College degree in Business or Marketing
  • Availability to travel abroad up to 30% of the time
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
