Job summary: We are seeking an IT
Technical Support Engineer to join our IT Team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, maintaining IT
systems, and managing networks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site or remote technical support for users
and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and ensure proper operation of company systems
and equipment.
- Implement support for Windows OS.
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and security
systems.
- Communicate with external partners to resolve
technical issues.
- Conduct market research and place orders for
department needs.
- Maintain backup and antivirus/antispam solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous experience with personal computers and peripherals.
- Hands-on experience with main servers (HP, DELL).
- Familiarity with MS Windows, Azure, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Active Directory, and security policies.
- Knowledge of O365 and Microsoft applications.
- Fluency in Greek and English
