About Us:

Surprice Car Rentals is a global car rental brand. We are currently continue to expand our global franchise network and looking to recruit a talented  Franchise Development Associate with  passion and enthusiasm to  join our team.

The successful candidate will be assigned with the following Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential partners within our target market segments, utilizing various research and networking channels.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner companies
  • Sales Presentations: Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each prospective partner.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with potential partners to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure contract terms are aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and track progress through the sales cycle.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies, and make recommendations for improvement.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions, proven track record of success in sales, preferably in B2B or partnership development roles.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Greek and English languages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, conferences and industry events.
